Janet is a seventy-one year old transgender woman, a writer, and a quietly stubborn optimist. She lives in Ontario, Canada with her cat Callie — who tolerates her, mostly.
A Life Rewritten is her first book. It is the story she spent seven decades not quite telling, and that finally insisted on being written down.
She writes for anyone who has ever held a truth inside themselves for too long — and for the people who love them.
When she isn't writing, she is reading, walking, or having a long talk with someone over a cup of tea.
